The quality and environmental policy in NILED s. a.e. it is the mission of the industrialization of products that allow us to
meet the needs and expectations of our customers and the protection of the environment, contributing to the well-being
social to be recognized as a reference in the business sector by the quality of our products and the values that
we practice.

To do this, we establish the following commitments:

• To achieve, maintain and continuously improve the level of quality of our products
• Improve our processes in relation to the requirements of the quality system and environmental
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as that the organization could subscribe to in terms of quality and the environment, including those agreed with the customers in the products supplied.
• Prevent pollution through efficient use of resources and the reduction of the environmental impacts of our activities and to contribute to the mitigation of, and adaptation to climate change, as well as to promote the reduction of waste and the marketing of products that respect the environment.
• Ensure the control of the environmental aspects in order to reduce the risks to employees, the community and the environment.
• Provide the necessary resources to ensure the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of the integrated management system of quality and environment.

Experience has taught us that the achievement of objectives is the result of the daily work of each member of the company. Therefore, NILED s. a.e. been based, since its inception, the philosophy of business in a fundamental pillar: "The
person" as the essence of the company.

Thus, in mutual trust, we consider managers with responsibility in each job, and at the same time feel collaborators of a plan of shared objectives.
We understand that the achievement of the quality and environmental protection can only be achieved if it is added motivation, competence and participation. Underestimate the creativity, ingenuity, and knowledge is a luxury that we cannot afford.

NILED s. a.e. is no stranger to the constant evolution of the industry, and in this sense we consider ourselves a flexible organization, modern and effective where only the integrated Quality and Environment are able to give our customers the highest level of customer satisfaction with our products.
It is evident that the achievement of this goal of stable and lasting way is not, in any case, the result of improvisation.
On the contrary, it is the consequence of the exploitation disciplined and constant planning.

With this in mind we've designed this system of quality management and environment (ISO-9001&14001), to serve all the employees in our company daily pattern of behavior and industrial discipline, that leads us to overcome day-to-day and that the work done well to become lifelong habit.

There is No doubt that a drive gear of the final quality of our products is the raw material received from our suppliers. Aware of this importance, we have developed the systematic of purchases in order to assist our suppliers to meet the level of quality and respect for the environment that they expect.

This policy provides a framework for establishing and periodically reviewing quality and environmental objectives, ensuring alignment with the company's strategy, organizational context, and the needs and expectations of stakeholders.
